10th Mountain Division members, stationed upstate at Fort Drum. were in the area as part of training exercises with cadets from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
More than 200 soldiers attended the Aug. 10th barbecue, enjoying the food as well as playing softball, pool, darts, Frisbee and horse shoes.
Civilians also attended for a small fee, with all proceeds going to the “Wounded Warrior” program.
